The latest animation project, "The Owl and The Field Mouse", promotes the benefits and purpose of meditation.

The project is sponsored by The National Lottery Community Fund and the artwork is being provided by 4YP in Ipswich, The PASTEL group at the Fromus Centre in Saxmundham, The Art Cafe at Reepham, Access Community Trust, Lowestoft and Artbox Arts, Chediston. We will also be including our own meditation class during the animation workshops.

"The Owl and The Field Mouse" is a story about a field mouse who runs around all day, every day, exhausting himself for no good reason or purpose. In his old age he is met by a wise owl who teaches him to explore within his mind to discover wondrous treasures and exciting, new, unexplored places.

The following workshops are examples available for schools, community groups and children's centres. The object of these workshops in the past have been not only to introduce primary school children to a new artform but also to bring community groups together.
